Описание лицевой стороны	The obverse carries a central vignette of a female figure flanked by the Austrian and Hungarian coats of arms, with bilingual German and Hungarian text. By official decree, the "CITTÀ DI FIUME" handstamp or overprint was required to be applied over the Hungarian text on the face of the underlying Austria P-17 note, reflecting Fiume's status within the Hungarian crownland. Overprints found on the German text or on the reverse are considered to have been applied unofficially at a later date.
