Descrizione del dritto	The Hungarian-language face is printed in red on a pale ground, with an elaborate guilloche border framing the entire note. Two facing female portrait vignettes in octagonal panels occupy the upper left and upper right corners, rendered in fine intaglio. The central text panel carries the denomination KÉT KORONA in bold letterpress above the issuing authority OSZTRÁK-MAGYAR BANK, with the date BÉCS, 1917. ÉVI MÁRCIUS 1. and the legal tender clause in Magyar. Three facsimile signatures of bank officials appear below the central inscription.

Descrizione del rovescio	The German-language reverse is printed in the same red-on-pale scheme, with an identical guilloche border and matching female portrait vignettes in octagonal frames at the upper corners. The central text block reads ZWEI KRONEN in large bold letterpress, above OESTERREICHISCH-UNGARISCHE BANK and the place-date WIEN, 1. MÄRZ 1917. Multilingual legal tender warnings appear in six languages — Czech, Polish, Ukrainian, Italian, Croatian, and Romanian — flanking the central panel, with a serial number composed of a four-digit prefix and a six-digit number printed in red at the lower centre.
