Obverse description	Letterpress in black with red seal impressions. The upper portion bears a vertical denomination in Chinese regular script (kaisho), flanked by a wave-pattern border on the left and an upward-facing dragon looking left on the right. The lower portion contains vertical columnar inscriptions within a double-circle medallion set against a seigaiha (overlapping wave scales) ground pattern enclosed in a square, with a red circular seal stamped over the lower section of the denomination.
