正面描述 Central design features two crossed flags of the Republic of China, each bearing the twelve-pointed sun emblem of the Kuomintang, their staffs tied together with a decorative knot at the base. The flags are depicted in high relief within a beaded inner circle. Chinese inscriptions in regular script encircle the central motif, reading along the upper and lower periphery within the beaded border, with the denomination legend placed at the bottom of the field.

附加信息

Fujian Province issued this coin to commemorate the Northern Expedition, the Kuomintang military campaign launched under Chiang Kai-shek to unify China against the northern warlords. The province had come under Nationalist control in late 1926, and the issue functioned partly as a political declaration — a freshly minted assertion of KMT authority over a region that had changed hands violently and recently.

The timing places it squarely within one of the most turbulent years of the campaign: 1927 also brought the Shanghai Massacre in April, when Chiang turned on his Communist allies and fractured the revolutionary coalition entirely.
