附加信息	The National University of Water and Environmental Engineering, based in Rivne, was founded in 1922 and remains one of Ukraine's primary institutions for hydraulic engineering and water resource management — fields of acute national importance given Ukraine's dependence on the Dnieper basin. This coin was issued as part of the long-running Ukrainian commemorative bimetallic and base-metal university series, which the National Bank has used since the late 1990s to document the country's higher education infrastructure in coin form.
