| Opis awersu | The obverse features two interlaced national ornamental motifs — one Georgian and one Ukrainian — symbolising the historic ties and friendship between the two peoples. Above the central design, the legend УКРАЇНА arcs in a semicircular arrangement, with the small State Emblem of Ukraine (trident) positioned below it and flanked by the split mint year 20-05. In the lower field, the denomination 2 / ГРИВНІ is inscribed, accompanied by the mint logo of the National Bank of Ukraine's Banknote Printing and Minting Works. |

| Opis rewersu | The reverse presents a three-quarter portrait of the Georgian-Ukrainian poet David Guramishvili set against a stylised, undulating Georgian highland landscape, with a church or temple depicted atop one of the hills in the background. Flanking the portrait, a semicircular bilingual legend in Ukrainian (left) and Georgian Mkhedruli script (right) reads ДАВИД ГУРАМІШВІЛІ. Below the portrait, the dates 1705 / 1792 denote his birth and death years. The overall composition combines realistic portraiture with a conventionalised decorative landscape, rendered in low relief. |
