| Obverse description | The upper half of the note carries a letterpress vignette of a rural landscape with rolling hills, farm buildings, and tall poplar trees rendered in a woodcut style. The lower half presents bold decorative typography arranged in an interlocking composition, with the denomination numeral '2' enclosed within a laurel wreath medallion dated '1918' at centre, flanked by the syllables 'HEL' and 'LER'. A braided rope border frames the entire design. |
