The background vignette renders an intaglio-style panoramic view of Fécamp with a medieval ruined tower at left and the Gothic church at right; at the base, the municipal coat of arms is set within a shield cartouche, and denomination numeral '2' appears in rope-bordered circular medallions at each corner. |
