| Reverse description | Blue and brown bicolour note centred on an ornate cartouche enclosing the legal text of the first emission, suspended from a decorative garland linking the upper corner medallions. At the top centre, a roundel displays the Norman heraldic arms with three leopards passant. The background vignette renders an intaglio-style panoramic view of Fécamp with a medieval ruined tower at left and the Gothic church at right; at the base, the municipal coat of arms is set within a shield cartouche, and denomination numeral '2' appears in rope-bordered circular medallions at each corner. |
