| Opschrift keerzijde | EXTRAIT DU DÉCRET DU 11 FÉVRIER 1917 AUTORISANT L'ÉMISSION DE BONS DE CAISSE EN AFRIQUE OCCIDENTALE FRANÇAISE Art. 3. — Les bons de caisse émis auront cours forcé soit dans toute l'étendue de la Colonie, soit dans certaines localités désignées par le Lieutenant-Gouverneur de la Colonie intéressée et ne pourront, en aucun cas, circuler hors de cette Colonie. Un de ces localités ils seront remboursés en espèces dans un délai de deux ans, lequel commencera à courir à partir de la cessation des hostilités. Art. 4. — Ceux qui auront contrefait ou falsifié les bons de caisse dont le Gouvernement général peut autoriser l'émission en exécution du présent décret et ceux qui auront fait usage de ces bons contrefaits ou falsifiés seront poursuivis conformément aux lois et punis des travaux forcés à perpétuité lorsqu'il y aura lieu, suivant le statut personnel des délinquants, d'appliquer le code pénal, et de l'emprisonnement perpétuel lorsqu'il y aura lieu, suivant le statut personnel des délinquants, d'appliquer le décret du 16 août 1912, réorganisant la justice indigène en Afrique occidentale française.
