| 正面描述 | The inner disc features a stylized globe rendered in the form of the euro symbol (€), surrounded by symbolic vignettes representing the currency's societal reach: a family group (everyday citizens), the Eurotower (financial institutions), a cargo ship (international trade), a factory (industry), and two wind turbines (energy and research). The country name SLOVENSKO and the dual date legend 2002–2012 appear along the upper and lower edges of the inner disc respectively, with the designer's initials A.H. discreetly placed between the ship and the Eurotower. The reverse die was engraved by Luc Luycx, whose initials LL appear on the common reverse. The outer ring carries the twelve stars of the European Union in high relief. |
