| Obverse description | The full coat of arms of the Principality of Monaco is depicted in the centre of the field, featuring the lozengy shield in argent and gules flanked by two monk supporters holding maces, surmounted by the princely crown. A scroll beneath the shield bears the motto 'DEO JUVANTE'. The legend 'MONACO' arcs across the upper border, and the date appears in the lower field.
