| Opis awersu |
The obverse features a stylised silhouette map of Estonia positioned centrally in the field, rendered in relief against a plain background. Encircling the map along the outer ring are twelve five-pointed stars, symbolic of the European Union. The year of issue and the country name EESTI appear as an inscription within or adjacent to the design, conforming to the standard national-side layout prescribed for Estonian euro coinage. The design was executed by engraver L. Lõhmus. |

| Opis rewersu |
The reverse displays the common European Union design for the 1- and 2-euro cent denominations, as engraved by Luc Luycx. A globe rendered in relief occupies the left portion of the field, depicting Europe centrally with Africa visible to the south and Asia to the east, emphasising Europe's geographic position. The face value 2 EURO CENT is inscribed to the right of the globe in bold relief lettering, accompanied by the engraver's initials LL. Fine parallel lines in the background of the globe create a distinctive textural contrast with the smooth surrounding field. |
