Beschrijving voorzijde Side-by-side heraldic achievement displaying the impaled arms of the abbey and the Zurlauben family, set within elaborately mantled and crested helms. A mitre resting on a cushion occupies the central position between the two helmets, flanked by an abbatial crosier and flowing mantle. The composition follows the Baroque ecclesiastical armorial convention, emphasizing the dual authority of the abbot as spiritual and temporal lord. The encircling Latin legend commemorates Abbot Gerold II's jubilee, recording his age of 74 years and 27 years of reign, with the date (1723) incorporated into the inscription.
Schrift voorzijde Latin

Beschrijving keerzijde Full-length standing figure of the nimbate Saint Fintán of Taghmon, depicted facing the viewer in a frontal pose. In his raised right hand he holds a staff of office, while his left hand supports a crown resting upon a book, attributes emblematic of his royal lineage and monastic sanctity. A raven perches upon his left shoulder, a hagiographic attribute associated with the saint's legend. Below the figure, two heraldic shields are arranged side by side, representing the arms of Scotland and the Anwerths family. The encircling Latin legend identifies the saint as prince of Leinster and patron monk of Rheinau.
