Reverse description Central shield bearing the arms of the Republic of Ragusa — depicting the city's fortified walls and battlements — set within an elaborate Baroque cartouche with foliate and scroll ornaments. The shield is surmounted by a ducal crown. The circular Latin legend DVCE DEO · FIDE ET IVST flanks the shield on either side. The date 1791 is inscribed in the lower exergue, flanked by the mintmaster initials G and A, all within a milled border.
