Aanvullende informatie

The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank serves eight island territories — Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Anguilla — none of which maintains an independent mint. Coins issued under ECCB authority are struck by overseas facilities, most commonly the Pobjoy Mint or the Scottsdale Mint depending on the contract year. This piece carries a face value of two Eastern Caribbean dollars, a denomination with negligible purchasing power against its silver content, making its circulation status purely nominal from the outset.
