| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse of this rectangular gold piece features a right-facing diademed effigy of Queen Elizabeth II at center, rendered in high relief against a contrasting black-toned field on the left half, with a polished mirror-like gold field to the right. The Christogram 'IHS' surmounted by a cross appears at the top of the coin within a decorative cartouche, flanked by a rope-twist border framing the entire rectangular flan. The legend 'ELIZABETH II' arcs to the left of the portrait and 'TOKELAU 2022' to the right, with the denomination 'TWO DOLLARS' and the fineness inscription '1/200 OZ FINE GOLD 999/1000' displayed prominently in the lower field.
