| 正面描述 | Fourth portrait effigy of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, diademed and wearing a drop earring, rendered in fine relief against a deeply mirrored field. The design is the work of sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley, whose initials 'IRB' appear in small capitals below the truncation of the neck. The circumscribed legend reads 'ELIZABETH II' to the left and 'AUSTRALIA 2011' to the right, in raised Latin capitals following the coin's inner border. |

HMAS Yarra (III) was a River-class destroyer escort commissioned in 1961 and decommissioned in 1985, serving through the period of Australia's involvement in the Vietnam War including escort and patrol duties in the Far East Strategic Reserve. This coin was issued as part of the Royal Australian Mint's ongoing naval heritage program, which has produced a substantial run of commemorative silver dollars tied to individual RAN vessels — a series prolific enough that secondary market premiums rarely develop on common dates.
