At the upper portion of the inner field, the denomination legend TWO DOLLARS is inscribed in an arc. Below it, the Public Seal of Niue is rendered in full relief, depicting a central roundel with a floral motif encircled by a laurel wreath and surmounted by a royal crown. Two crossed items beneath the seal support a scroll bearing the Niuean motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI. The date 2023 appears in the lower portion of the field. |
