Reverse description Reverse displays a multi-line Arabic inscription in Naskh script arranged in horizontal registers across the field, typical of Ilkhanid silver dirhams. The legend includes the mint name Tustar (Shushtar) and the AH regnal year of issue, conforming to the standard Ilkhanid reverse formula. The flan is irregular and slightly ragged at the edges, consistent with the hammered production technique of the period. The raised lettering exhibits strong relief despite characteristic die wear and off-center striking common to coins of this era.
