Obverse description Central field features the stylized monogram of the Yugoslav National Bank (JNB/ЈНБ) enclosed within a rounded square cartouche with chamfered corners, itself set within a larger octagonal frame. The emblem consists of interlocked Cyrillic and Latin letterforms rendered in a bold modernist style. The legend arcs around the periphery in two scripts: 'SR JUGOSLAVIJA' in Latin at the top and 'СР ЈУГОСЛАВИЈА' in Cyrillic at the bottom, separated by a continuous beaded border encircling the entire design.

Reverse description The reverse displays the large numeral '2' prominently in the center of the field, rendered in bold relief. To the left of the numeral, the Cyrillic denomination 'ДИНАРА' arcs upward, while the Latin equivalent 'DINARA' arcs upward on the right, together flanking the central figure. The date '1993' is inscribed in the lower exergual area beneath the numeral. A continuous beaded border frames the entire reverse design.
