Description du revers	Printed in red-orange. The Nicaraguan Coat of Arms — an equilateral triangle enclosing five volcanoes rising from the sea, surmounted by a radiant Cap of Liberty — occupies the centre within an ornate circular guilloche border. The circular legend REPÚBLICA DE NICARAGUA — AMÉRICA CENTRAL surrounds the arms, while large numeral 2 counter medallions appear in each corner and the denomination DOS CÓRDOBAS is set in a bold panel at the foot.
