备注

The Farmer's Bank of Northwest China was one of several regional banks operating under Communist Party influence in the border region governments during the Second Sino-Japanese War. By 1940, the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region — with Yan'an as its administrative center — had developed a parallel financial system specifically to resist Nationalist economic pressure and fund local military and agricultural operations. This note is a product of that wartime fiscal separatism.

Border region notes of this period are frequently found with uneven ink distribution and rough paper, reflecting the primitive printing conditions under which they were produced. That is not a defect to penalize — it is what these notes are.
