| 正面描述 | Central field bears the Mexican national arms depicting an eagle displayed in left profile, perched upon a cactus plant and clutching a serpent in its beak and talons, set upon a wreath of laurel and oak. The circumferential legend reads REPUBLICA MEXICANA, disposed around the upper periphery, with the date 1915 appearing in the lower exergual area. The design is rendered in a somewhat primitive, boldly struck style characteristic of provincial revolutionary-era emergency coinage. |

| 背面描述 | The central field displays the large numeral 2, flanked by the denomination indicators C. to the left and S. to the right, denoting 2 centavos. The surrounding circumferential legend, separated from the central device by a beaded inner border, reads TETELA DEL ORO Y OCAMPO E. PUE., identifying the issuing municipality of Tetela del Oro y Ocampo in the state of Puebla. The lettering is irregularly spaced and crudely engraved, consistent with the improvised nature of this Revolutionary period local currency. |

Tetela del Oro y Ocampo issued its own copper coinage in 1915 as the Mexican Revolution fragmented monetary authority to the municipal level. The town's dual name honors Miguel Ocampo, the liberal reformer executed in 1861, appended by presidential decree to the original toponym. With federal currency collapsing and Carrancista, Villista, and Zapatista scrip all circulating at contested values, local municipalities across Puebla produced emergency issues simply to conduct daily commerce — this being among the smallest denominations struck under that necessity.
