The falcon-feathered nemes headdress frames the bearded, ram-headed face, rendered in gold-toned relief against a deep blue striped background evoking royal Egyptian textile patterns. Above the head of Ra rises a large solar disc decorated with radiating sunbeams in red and gold and bearing the Eye of Horus at its centre, symbolising Ra's solar aspect. The elaborate collar and wingtips are accented with polychrome enamel in red, turquoise, and dark maroon, reflecting traditional ancient Egyptian jewellery motifs.
