| Opis rewersu | Central square hole flanked by a single Chinese character 浙 (Zhe), denoting the Zhejiang provincial mint, positioned to the right of the hole in standard script (kaishu). The remaining three quadrants of the reverse field are plain and unadorned. A raised outer rim frames the coin, consistent with standard Ming dynasty casting practice. The surface retains an olive-green patina with areas of earthen encrustation, indicative of genuine age and burial. The overall design is austere, serving primarily as a mint identification mark to distinguish issues of the Zhejiang mint from those of other provincial facilities. |
