| Descrição do anverso |
Diademed and bearded portrait bust of King Tiraios II facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic tradition with flowing hair secured by a royal diadem. The effigy displays a mature, bearded visage characteristic of the Characene dynastic portraiture. The flan is irregular, typical of hammered provincial bronze coinage of the period, and the surfaces show a deep green patina consistent with ancient burial. Traces of a legend appear around the portrait within the field. |
