| Obverse description | Raised circular device depicting a shield-like motif decorated with a central pellet surrounded by three curved linear segments, each containing pellets, arranged symmetrically within the field. The design is rendered in low relief in the archaic style characteristic of early Ionian electrum coinage. The surface is plain and unlettered, with no legend or exergual inscription. The flan is irregularly rounded with a slightly granular edge typical of early hammered electrum issues. |
