The goddess's hair falls in twisted locks beneath the helmet, and her facial features are rendered with delicate naturalism typical of the finest Macedonian die engravers. The field is plain, with no legend, and the coin's irregular flan edge is consistent with hand-struck coinage of the period. |

The composition is arranged within an irregular flan, consistent with hammered coinage of the late 4th century BC Amphipolis mint. |
