| Description de l’avers | Helmeted head of Athena facing right, wearing a Corinthian helmet adorned with a elaborate crest and decorated cheek guards, rendered in fine high relief characteristic of the Amphipolis mint. The goddess's hair falls in twisted locks beneath the helmet, and her facial features are rendered with delicate naturalism typical of the finest Macedonian die engravers. The field is plain, with no legend, and the coin's irregular flan edge is consistent with hand-struck coinage of the period. |

| Description du revers | Nike standing facing left with wings spread, holding a naval trophy (stylis) in her right hand and a wreath in her left; a horizontal thunderbolt appears in the central field. Small control marks flank the main devices in the upper field. The Greek legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs along the lower portion of the reverse field, identifying the coin as struck in the name of Alexander. The composition is arranged within an irregular flan, consistent with hammered coinage of the late 4th century BC Amphipolis mint. |
