| Descrição do anverso | Head of Herakles facing right, wearing the Nemean lion scalp headdress with the paws knotted beneath the chin; the facial features are rendered in fine archaic-to-early Hellenistic style, with a prominent brow and strong jaw. The lion skin covers the crown and flows behind the neck, its mane rendered in bold, stylized striations. The flan is irregular and slightly off-round, consistent with hand-struck coinage of the period. No legend is present in the field. |
