Obverse description Jugate diademed and draped busts of King Obodas III and Queen Hagaru I facing right in high relief, rendered in the stylised Nabataean artistic tradition. The two effigies are depicted in close conjunction, with Obodas positioned slightly behind Hagaru, both wearing diadems and draped garments. The flan is irregular and the surfaces show characteristic die-struck relief typical of hammered Nabataean coinage. No legend appears on the obverse, the design occupying the full field of the coin.

Reverse description A dromedary camel standing to the left occupies the central field, rendered in the schematic linear style characteristic of Nabataean silver coinage. The Nabataean legend 'BDT MLK MLK NBṬW (Obodas the King, King of the Nabataeans) encircles the design, with the regnal date inscription ŠNT TLT (Year Three) appearing above at the end of the legend. Nabataean letters S and Ḥ flank the camel's neck in the field. The overall composition is typical of Nabataean regal coinage of the late 1st century BC.
