| Popis rubu | Two enthroned bishop saints, identified as the patron saints of Salzburg, Saints Rudbertus and Virgilius, are depicted facing one another in the central field, each vested in full pontifical regalia with mitre and crozier. Between them at the base is a detailed representation of a Salzburg church or cathedral facade. A laurel wreath borders the inner scene, and the value numeral XII appears in the right field. The surrounding Latin legend names the two saints as the patron saints of Salzburg. |
