| 背面描述 | A bunch of grapes suspended on a vine, depicted with globular berries in relief, occupying the central field. A crayfish (astacus) is positioned to the left of the grape cluster, serving as a secondary symbol and civic badge associated with the issuing community of Kranaos. The ethnic inscription KPAN appears in Greek characters, likely distributed around or beside the central types. |

Kranaos was a minor dynast of Karia whose coinage is poorly documented and whose political relationship to the larger Hekatomnid sphere remains debated. These small bronzes circulated in a region still absorbing the administrative aftershocks of Alexander's eastern campaigns, when local dynastic issues proliferated briefly before Seleucid consolidation pressed many of them out of existence.
