The "Fond federacije za kreditiranje bržeg razvoja privredno nedovoljno razvijenih republika i autonomnih pokrajina" — loosely, the Federal Fund for the Accelerated Development of Economically Underdeveloped Republics and Autonomous Provinces — was a Yugoslav redistributive mechanism established under federal law to channel investment capital from the more productive northern republics toward Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
