Reverse description White ground with a large central guilloche oval underprint in pale blue, bearing the numeral "1" at its centre. The state title in all four official Yugoslav languages is set in two columns across the upper half, with the full institutional name of the issuing Fund given below in four languages. The "Fond federacije za kreditiranje bržeg razvoja privredno nedovoljno razvijenih republika i autonomnih pokrajina" — loosely, the Federal Fund for the Accelerated Development of Economically Underdeveloped Republics and Autonomous Provinces — was a Yugoslav redistributive mechanism established under federal law to channel investment capital from the more productive northern republics toward Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Bosnia-Herzegovina. By the mid-1980s the Fund had become deeply politicized, its allocations a recurring flashpoint between Slovenia and Serbia.

Trade vouchers issued through instruments like this one circulated as quasi-monetary instruments within the socialist enterprise system, bypassing the formal dinar clearing mechanisms. The 1987 date places this squarely in Yugoslavia's acute inflationary period — annual inflation exceeded 120% that year and was accelerating.
