| Opmerkingen |
Percetakan Kebayoran was Bank Indonesia's domestic printing facility, established in the early 1950s partly as an assertion of productive independence from colonial-era printing arrangements — the Netherlands had previously supplied much of the Republic's printed matter. By 1958 the press had accumulated enough experience to handle higher-denomination work, though output quality remained inconsistent across the series.
The watermark is the sole security feature, which was already considered minimal by contemporary central banking standards. P#62 is catalogued with known variation in ink saturation across surviving examples, likely attributable to inconsistent press runs at Kebayoran during this period.
