Descrizione del dritto Central vignette of a silver carver at work, rendered in fine intaglio engraving against a woven-mat background, positioned to the left. The denomination "SERIBU RUPIAH" appears in large letterpress text at centre over a radiating guilloche underprint in brown and green tones. Geometric batik-pattern borders frame the note on both sides, with the issuer name "BANK INDONESIA" at top centre, the year 1958, and two facsimile signatures above the titles GUBERNUR and DIREKTUR. The designer credit "JUNALIES DEL." appears at lower left.

Percetakan Kebayoran was Bank Indonesia's domestic printing facility, established in the early 1950s partly as an assertion of productive independence from colonial-era printing arrangements — the Netherlands had previously supplied much of the Republic's printed matter. By 1958 the press had accumulated enough experience to handle higher-denomination work, though output quality remained inconsistent across the series.

The watermark is the sole security feature, which was already considered minimal by contemporary central banking standards. P#62 is catalogued with known variation in ink saturation across surviving examples, likely attributable to inconsistent press runs at Kebayoran during this period.
