| Obverse description | The obverse is framed by an elaborate engraved foliate and guilloche border. At centre, a crowned royal coat of arms is flanked on either side by serial number cartouches reading "Nº01549", with the denomination "MIL" set within a guilloche underprint panel below. The bank title "BANCO DE VALLADOLID" appears in large letterpress text across the top, with the promise-to-pay inscription, date, and four signature lines for the Comisario Regio, Director, Administrador, and Cajero arranged across the lower portion, above the denomination notation "Rvn 1000" at bottom right. |
