Obverse lettering JUAN CARLOS I REY DE ESPAÑA - 1995
Reverse description The reverse features a stylized Olympic torch positioned at the lower left, its flame rendered with radiating lines that sweep diagonally across the field to evoke speed and athletic dynamism. A large elliptical track oval occupies the lower central portion of the design, its textured surface suggesting a stadium running track. The denomination 1000 PESETAS is prominently inscribed in large numerals and lettering in the upper right field, beneath the curved legend JUEGOS OLIMPICOS 1996. The crowned M mintmark of the Real Casa de la Moneda appears to the left of the torch handle.
