| Beschrijving keerzijde | Printed entirely in olive-green on plain paper, the reverse carries a large central vignette of the historic Nahe bridge at Bad Kreuznach, rendered in fine line-engraving style with the medieval bridge houses and their arches reflected in the river below, a hilltop castle visible in the distance. Grapevine ornaments rise along the left border column, while a seated allegorical figure occupies the upper right corner. The denomination '1000' appears in the lower left and right corners, with the inscription 'Stadt Kreuznach' set in Gothic blackletter within a decorative panel across the lower margin. |
