正面描述	The national coat of arms of Turkmenistan occupies the central field, featuring an octagonal geometric frame enclosing a wreath of cotton bolls and wheat ears surrounding a central medallion with the Akhal-Teke horse, surmounted by a crescent moon and five stars. Ornamental carpet gül motifs decorate the corners and border of the design. Two olive or wheat sprays flank the lower portion of the arms. The legend TÜRKMENISTANYÑ MERKEZI BANKY curves along the upper rim, with the date 2006 inscribed in the exergue below.
