Identifying inscriptions PAPA IOAN PAUL II and PATRIARHUL TEOCTIST appear below the respective figures. In the lower field, the papal arms appear at left and the Romanian coat of arms at right, each flanked by small cross ornaments. The curved legend VIZITA S.S.
