Obverse description	Central field bears the coat of arms of the Central African Republic, depicting two flags flanking a shield quartered with an elephant, a baobab tree, a star, and a hand; above the shield, a rising sun with radiating rays is surmounted by a scroll inscribed ZO KWE ZO, while a decorative ribbon below carries the national motto UNITE DIGNITE TRAVAIL. The legend REPUBLIQUE CENTRAFRICAINE arcs along the upper periphery in raised Latin characters, flanked on each side by a small six-pointed star. The denomination 1000 FRANCS CFA is inscribed along the lower border.

The date 2014 appears in the lower exergue, commemorating the 125th anniversary of the tower's construction.
