Descrizione del rovescio	A frontal architectural view of the Tashkent city hall (Hokimiyat) is rendered in high relief at the centre of the field, depicting a neoclassical colonnaded building surmounted by a large ribbed dome and a flagpole flying a flag. The circular legend O'ZBEKISTON MUSTAQILLIGINING 10 YILLIGI arcs around the upper portion of the field, commemorating the 10th anniversary of Uzbekistan's independence. The denomination 100 SO'M is inscribed in two lines at the base of the design, and a beaded border runs along the inner rim.

Tashkent's city hall, the Hokimiyat, was built during the Soviet period and carries considerable administrative baggage from both the Uzbek SSR and the early independence years.
