| Obverse description | At left centre, an oval vignette encloses traditional Somali craft objects — a tall ceramic vessel, a mortar and pestle, and a woven basket — surmounted by a white star symbolic of Somali heritage, all set against an elaborate multicolour guilloche underprint that fills the central field. The large denomination numeral '100' above the word 'SCELLINI' dominates the centre, with corner cartouches rendering the value in both Arabic script and Italian, and two signature panels below bearing the titles 'IL PRESIDENTE' and 'IL PRESIDENTE DEL COLLEGIO DEI REVISORI'.
