| Obverse description | Dark green on light underprint. Central vignette shows the Imperial Russian double-headed eagle within an ornate oval cartouche, flanked by elaborate floral and foliate guilloche scrollwork at each corner. The denomination СТО РУБЛЕЙ (One Hundred Roubles) appears in large letters within a decorative panel at centre, with the inscription БИЛЕТЪ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННАГО КАЗНАЧЕЙСТВА (State Treasury Note) above, dated 1914 in green panels at left and right, and the validity clause Билетъ дѣйствителенъ по 1 Августа 1928 г. along the lower border. |
