正面描述 Multicolour intaglio and letterpress print over a multicolour guilloche underprint, with black serial number at lower left. The central vignette reproduces Ivan K. Aivazovsky's painting 'The Russian Squadron on the Sebastopol Roads', flanked at left by the 'Monument to the Scuttled Ships' (sculptor Amandus Adamson) in Sevastopol Bay and at right by a stylised plan of Sevastopol; the upper register carries the 'Memorial to the Heroic Defence of Sevastopol 1941–1942' on Nakhimov Square and St. Vladimir's Cathedral. A security thread bearing the repeated numeral '100' traverses the lower portion of the note horizontally.

备注

Issued in December 2015 to mark the annexation of Crimea in March 2014, this commemorative note was the first Russian banknote to explicitly celebrate a territorial acquisition — an unusual move for a central bank in any era. The Bank of Russia produced it as a genuine circulating note, not a collector's issue, though demand from collectors immediately pulled most of it out of active use.

Its security specification is notably modest for a 100-rouble denomination in this period: no UV-reactive inks, no color-shifting element, no raised print.
