| Leyenda del reverso | Die Einlösung der Landesrentenbriefe erfolgt auf Grund von halbjährlichen Auslosungen zum Nennwert. Die gesamten Beträge, die bis zum Schlusse des Halbjahres, in dem die Auslosung erfolgt, der Landesrentenbank durch planmäßige Tilgung der Landesrentenbankrenten und durch Kapitaltilgung zufließen, werden zur Auslosung verwendet. Von dem zur Auszahlung bestimmten Termin ab hört die Verzinsung der Landesrentenbriefe auf. Zahlstelle für Kapital- und Zinsbeträge ist die Preußische Staatsbank (Seehandlung) in Berlin. Die Bekanntgabe der ausgelosten Stücke erfolgt mindestens drei Monate vor dem zur Auszahlung bestimmten Termin im Deutschen Reichs- und Preu- ßischen Staatsanzeiger. Eine verstärkte Tilgung oder Gesamtkündigung ist bis zum 1. Januar 1940 ausgeschlossen. Ein Rückkauf zwecks Tilgung findet nicht statt. |
