| Obverse description | Central field features the Egyptian coat of arms — the Eagle of Saladin with spread wings — superimposed over a balance scale representing justice, all set within a heraldic shield. The shield is flanked on either side by laurel branches extending toward the lower field. Above the shield, the legend '150 YEARS' is prominently displayed in large numerals and Latin script. The Arabic inscription 'قضايا الدولة' (State Lawsuits) appears on a ribbon across the upper portion of the shield, while the founding year '١٨٧٦' is inscribed at the base of the shield interior.
